At Ella Med, we are committed to providing high-quality training and resources for our customers. However, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all purchases made through our platform. Once a transaction is completed, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with products or services, inability to complete courses, or changes in personal circumstances. While refunds are not provided, we offer customers the option to apply the original purchase amount toward a different service within Ella Med. This provides flexibility to select a courses and trainings that better suits their needs.

10. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with service providers, professional advisors, government authorities or law enforcement, business transferees, or other parties when you direct us to share information or otherwise consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of data changes in a way that is considered a sale or share under applicable law, we will provide notice and the opportunity to opt out where required.

You waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. There is no opt-out from this arbitration clause.

By engaging in a business relationship with Ella Med Training—as a customer, an AHA-aligned instructor, or a user of our websites—you agree to the following: any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from this relationship shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not in court. This includes issues related to using our websites, purchasing products or services from Ella Med, ellamed.shop, manikinsplus.store, or https://ellamedahatraining.setmore.com/, or interpreting this Privacy Policy or any other agreement with Ella Med. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in the state where Ella Med is headquartered. You understand and agree that this provision waives your right to a jury trial, as well as your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. There is no opt-out from this arbitration clause. If you do not agree to this provision, please do not do business with us, use the company-owned websites, or make any purchases from our stores. Note that we are not responsible for any disputes with third-party affiliates.

20. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending any training, event, course, service, or activity conducted by Ella Med, Manikins Plus, or their affiliates, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during your participation.

You grant Ella Med, Manikins Plus, and their affiliates, successors, assigns, and authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize your image, likeness, voice, name, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, or other media for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, social media content, educational materials, websites, publications, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or any other payment for such use. You hereby release and discharge Ella Med, Manikins Plus, and their affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of your image, likeness, voice, name, or appearance as described in this section.

If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing before participating in any training, event, or service. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that your image or likeness will not be incidentally captured in group settings.
