About Enrollware:
Enrollware.com is the central platform used for managing class rosters and student information electronically. It streamlines the process of attaching essential documentation, such as written exams and skills testing sheets.
Important Requirements:
- You must upload a skills testing sheet and exam sheet for each student.
- Exam scores must be 84% or higher to meet AHA standards.
- Please ensure all required paperwork is uploaded and the class roster is finalized before contacting us to request the release of course completion cards.
- We strongly recommend purchasing course cards in advance of your class. This ensures cards are readily available once the class is completed and all documentation is submitted.

Add a Class
- Once logged in to Enrollware.com , click the “Add a Class” button at the top right.

Complete Class Details
- Complete the drop‑down menus related to the class type, time, date, and assisting teachers.

Update Class
- After completing the first page, click “Update Class” at the bottom.

Enter Student Information
- Enter student information using the “Quick Add Students” box.
- Include test scores(type
"PASS"if they didn't take the test) and set their status to “Complete” if they met all requirements.

Upload Paperwork
- Scan and upload all paperwork to Enrollware.com using the Documents tab.
- Ensure each student has a skills testing sheet and exam sheet attached.

Sign to Confirm
- After entering all students, scroll to the bottom and sign to confirm adherence to AHA rules.

Finalize the Class
- Finalize the class by clicking the red “Finalize” button.
✅ Before finalizing, double‑check:
- All students have status = Complete
- Exam scores are 84% or higher(or "PASS" entered)
- Skills testing sheet uploaded for each student
- Exam sheet uploaded for each student
